How to use (AM / PM)
- Morning (AM): Take your AM dose on a clean palate, 15 minutes before or after food. Mist the spray on a clean, dry scalp and massage gently.
- Evening (PM): Take your PM dose before bed as instructed on your routine card. Avoid strong mint or coffee close to the dose.
- Follow-up: Share an update on WhatsApp at the end of week 4; your doctor advises whether to continue or adjust.
